One of my (many) weird kinks, and one that I have difficulty finding good art for, is broken bones, especially visibly broken arms and legs.

One possible suggestion for this would be the medieval torture practice of the Breaking Wheel, where the victim's arms and legs are broken and threaded through the spokes of a wheel

It's a bit of unfathomable/Lovecraftian cosmic horror. I tried to write a short story about it, but it didn't really work out the way I wanted.

In a nut-shell: a character is scarred/branded to mark them as an offering to some incomprehensibly big/old/unfathomable entity. And right before the ritual completes, they know what's going to happen. But they're powerless to stop their mind being overwhelmed and their body being consumed/destroyed.

A mind-burned husk showing the aftermath might work. Or a "head-splosion" mind-crush depiction.
Or nothing, of course, if this doesn't stir those creative coals.

Mostly, if you're considering a mid-change image? A lot of what I see are sequences, final results with hints of the old form (or just staring at their hands in surprise), one species "covering" another, or some kind of "contamination" by magic or biological sources.

It's true I don't have any human characters drawn up, but sometimes someone will start with someone generic (doesn't have to be human) changing to something else. Images of characters becoming human are rare, probably because nobody is fantasizing about NOT being their character.

There are really a lot of possibilities. If I were choosing, I guess I might pick a standard kobold or hyena turning into one of these characters' species?

Weird idea, but maybe something vorish. It can be a soft vore or hard vore drawing. I mostly just have a fetish for deglutition (the act of swallowing), but if you find swallowing alone to be too tame/boring, vore might make it "spicier".

The remains of the eaten character are seen inside the food (like an eyeball, for example).

I know the requests don't have to be gory, but I don't see hard vore often and I get aroused by anything as long as swallowing is involved, unfortunately.
