Milestone: Finished 4 Week Workout

And, ladies and gentlefurs, this concludes my first round of my 4-week, 4-day-a-week workout program using my 10 lb dumbbells. Next week I will start it all over again using my 25 lb dumbbells, though I may have to stretch it due to starting with fewer reps and sets since I'm using heavier dumbbells. But I do plan on getting it eventually up to 5 sets of 12 reps.
I am already seeing results from my workout. My arms, chest and legs are getting bigger. Only unintended consequence of legs getting bigger is that my pants legs are extremely tight, especially when I sit down (which, of course, includes when I drive). Not sure what, if anything, can be done regarding that.
