Apartment issues, no streams for at least a few weeks

Tl;dr: no streams for the next two weeks at least. Moving “home”.
Update Edit: Secured a new place (with flat mates, owner & GF, + another guy). Almost done moving in thanks to my wonderful fam. More news later

So due to a checkbox I shouldn’t have checked on my apartment’s lease, my realtor decided to email and only email me. Something that I don’t check nearly often enough.
So an inspection comes and goes. Messy. You need to clean. Another inspection to check on that mess you should have fixed (with the landlord tagging along), still messy and you need to clean or else we’ll kick you out. Didn’t clean, you’re in breach of lease we’re kicking you out you have until the 18th to leave. All only via emails, and only an unmarked, undated business card to show that anything had occurred (stupid me thought it was left over the holidays).
I only got a phone call yesterday afternoon telling me to GTFO on the 18th. Owner hates me now so no going back. He wants to sell the place so he gives no shits about keeping tenants.
My parents and fam have offered to help pack and move. Still need to find somewhere to stay ASAP. Maybe a tiny student shoebox.
I’m also going to have issues with changing internet and signing up for new things due to my 18+ not being valid (because being 18+ now comes with an expiry date). No driver’s license or passport. Office to get new photo is only open while I’m at work. So I’ll have to ask for time off for that.
Family and coworkers have tried to cheer me up about it and that everything is going to work out eventually. Mostly I just feel depressed about how much of a stupid piece of shit the realtor and landlord have made me feel… 😞

While some VERY SMALL fault lies with you for that checkbox,and I guess some attentiveness aside... Even so, any reasonable landlord would likely have checked with you more personally after the first inspection, if not the second, rather than just relying on email. I feel like it should have been obvious you weren't getting the memo by then.
Though given the sound of everything, it sounds like he intentionally did the bare minimum to contact you since he wishes to get tenants out and sell the place. He wanted this result, and so left the wool over your eyes for the most part. (I assume he'd never even used email before for stuff like this.)
In other words, don't you be beating yourself up! You basically got a bit manipulated here... Sure, you shoulda cleaned, but I imagine you absolutely would have had you been given more reasonable notice.
I swear, some landlords are absolute poison...
If you need a place, I'd suggest giving ballpark location details around-about where you are and asking folks in a journal here if they have a place or know of anybody who does. It saved my skin before to simply ask to my watchers during a rough period where I had a similar emergency housing issue... (Part of why I feel bad for you here; I've been there.)
Stay strong and keep wobblin' that saggy udder my man. You'll find it quite easy to end up somewhere obviously less toxic moving forward, that's the bright side of this.

Sorry it took me a week to reply, I ended up having my own crisis so I wasn't on FA for a it.
Had some problems recently too with lease arrangements I guess it happens, though that was super cruel, you'd think they would try to contact you in other ways first. Don't feel bad man things will work out.

Yes - the fault is on your side, yes - this may be the desired outcome of the landlord. But take this as a lesson to learn - always read the fine print for every single damn important decision you are about to choose and make. (Not that I'm saying you should read the T&Cs for your new phone, but for your living arrangements and financial is a must to avoid these sort of sneaky things!)
Consider your options, glad you have friends and family to support you, and hope things turn out for the best.
