Updates and DragonHeart 5

Yes you read that correctly, there is a DragonHeart 5. It is called Dragonheart Vengeance and it just came out on Tuesday. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZOWZusTSoes
As far as straight to video movies go, this was pretty good. Obviously I am alittle bias because its about a dragon, but still it was not bad. The dragon in it is named Siveth and she is up there as far as movie dragons go. I plan to do some Rule34 of her eventually. Infact I put together an amazing college of images from the movie for reference. I find it handy to have a single jpg that I can open up when I need refs for a character. I have no idea if that sorta thing is permitable to post on FA but if it is, I might throw it up in the scraps folder. Just to try and entice others to draw some fan art of her.
As for updates, I am thrilled to still be a part of this community :) 2020 came so fast I couldn't believe it. Man the time flies. Never take anything for granted in life, I miss My mate Athus every day and though time flies by quick I still think of him like it was yesterday. Also I want to thank everyone in this amazing fandom for always giving such tremendous support. It's a blessing to have such a welcoming place to call home. Also it is nice finding people that have so many similar interests :P
So, my plans for art have been mostly revolving around rule34 lately. I find that I will watch a movie or show and get sucked into the world. Whatever character I end up drawing I like to picture them in that world. I try to match the style of art to the source material as best as possible. Often times when I try to match the character I am drawing to the source material I find that it can be quite difficult to do. My style of art has changed so much over the years that it can be really difficult to mimic someone elses. That being said I have grown fond of a few characters lately. Guilmon I call my "Old Stand By" for porn these days. I think I can draw him in just about any style at this point. Some of you might have noticed I been on big Jake Long kick lately too. The show would be 15 years old now, jake would be hitting his 30s as a character. Its nuts to think about how quick time flies. I like to imagine what he would be doing in his college years still experimenting with his dragon powers. That kinda leads into a particular fetish I love. Body exploration. What I mean by that is the idea that a non human character * often times a dragon or dinosaur* amongst humans is being fondled and studied by a human. Something so appealing about a human getting to interact with a dragon type character and ask questions is so appealing. Anyway...
Some other characters that have popped into my que a lot lately have been :
-Super Dinosaur
-Rocko
-Toothless * as always*
-gomamon
-meow ( space Dandy)
-Brooklyn
-and a few others that I cant seem to think of off the top of my head
I love hearing feedback from the community even though I am very slow about replaying. Sometimes I forget to check online things like notes and email just because I tend ot be a much more " real life" communicator. I dont have any chat clients on my computer and just have telegram on my phone. So it can be hard to get a hold of me, but I promise I always make time to read through everyone's comments and questions :) I guess what I am saying is please feel free to always share your feedback with me and I will read it :) Thank you so much everyone as always for all the amazing support, i really mean it. And there will be plenty more art to come soon, probably some more Super Dinosaur porn first just cause I keep thinking about him in that spandex :P

You were one of the first furry artist I discovered. So far, most of the others aren't really around anymore.
That being said, you've really come a long way and have really improved over the years!

Speaking of, for body exploration, why not some Monster Hunter? :3 World in particular is about learning about the creatures and ecosystem, and there's plenty of nice-looking scalies to be found.
Other ones I find cute include Tigrex (dinosaur version of Nargacuga), Barioth (snow leopard version of Nargacuga), Tobi-Kadachi (snake-squirrel dragon), Rathalos/Rathian (basic western dragon wyverns), Kushala Daora (shiny silver western dragon), and Safi'jiiva (gigantic red dragon). And if you're into giant heavier dragons, Lao-Shan Lung, I guess.
It's bizarre that we're in an era where videogames have better visuals than movies, even straight-to-video.
So many of us are blessed to have or have had any of you as a part of our lives, no matter how small or far away that part is.

Man, I just wanted to say I always loved how you draw scales! The amount of detail and work you put into drawing each of them individually looks thousands of times much better than just putting down some scales with a scale brush. They turn out so organic and realistic looking :) I don't think there's many artists like that who put such a lot of attention to detail, it's really amazing what you do
My art methods change every time too, but I think even if the way how you do scales in practice is different every time - the theory stays the same. E.g., drawing smaller, clustered scales around moving skin. You could try explaining something like that in your tutorial :D Could also draw an example with the most common method you use to draw scales, just some ideas

King Ghidora from the recent Godzilla movie is Godzilla's rival. Two kings fight for dominance. Ghidora shoves Godzilla on his back in one fight scene. You can see how that can go. ;)
