Ok.. I can't really go into many details here so please forgive me, but I was suspended and summarily discharged from my employment as of a couple of days ago, for an accusation that was clearly falsified and made by a person with an agenda to "better themselves" in the boss's eyes (#kissass) The entire process was completely mishandled by the new managers, who have publicly stated they're agenda to "eliminate the union" in order to follow through with their own idea of transforming the department in order to bring in a LOT MORE budget money from the upper powers that be. If they only knew just how BADLY they're running things I'd bet they'd be the ones dismissed from the company. But here I am waiting on appeals and grievances and looking for a new job. Anyone have any suggestions?
