Pandemia!
With all the shenanigans going on, I hope everyone's doing alright and avoiding social contact as much as possible.
it's unknown if my area has any ill people, because gov created a very unhelpful map that generalized it to 4 regions and capital only. Tho I'm greatly stressed @_@ had some issues with family regarding the pandemic situation
Take care ofyourself and your dearest ones, wash your hands, be cautious and pay attention to the news, pandemic outbreaks are no joke despite how many people treat this situation as a farce.
If you wish to have some distraction of stress during this quarantine I recommend some livestreams of animals in wild.
Sea eagle's nest https://youtu.be/uAgwWCdBygk
Monterey aquarium mbayaq.co/39Xv9Ny
Wild bird cams https://youtu.be/OIqUka8BOS8
Coop cam https://youtu.be/n0E_aZ5C0x8
some YT channels that I can recommed:
Thorhighheels [obscure and retro games, also video essays about well loves games) https://www.youtube.com/user/ThorHighHeels
Demolition D [videos about anime, the channel was kinda dead for about 4 years, but his recent vid is a blast] https://www.youtube.com/user/DouchebagChocolat
Kaif [video game streamer, edited videos in a similar fashion to Sovietwomble's, comedic and good fun to watch] https://www.youtube.com/user/KaifandTomPlay
TheRealJims [the simpsons youtuber, talks about classic episodes and simpsons histories] https://www.youtube.com/user/TheRealJims
Ahoy [high quality YT documentaries about various subjects. My personal fave one is about Polybius] https://www.youtube.com/user/XboxAhoy
Geno Samuel [ever heard of Chris Chan? Geno has been making video series about the history of Christine, there are about 20 hours of material to watch so far. If you do not know anything about Christine, it's a rather tragic story. Beware, it is pretty graphic] https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC_.....MZsP5zBH_6SVJQ
Max Derrat [hard to explain his videos, read his "about" section on YT, lotsa interesting videos] https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCj.....WVcoN-4S545Wtw
Hawkshaw [super in depth Dark souls lore videos] https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4.....ADaa69O2AqJQ9A
Fredrik Knudsen [more documentary videos about various subjects, well researched] https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCb.....qOsAvAdfzWMf0w
Karl Jobst [videos about speedruns] https://www.youtube.com/user/karljobst
I'm not the one to watch movies, but I can recommend some lesser known ones that aren't too stressful:
Rivers and tides [documentary about an artist Goldsworthy Working who works in nature, beware: theres's an icky scene in the movie of a sheep giving birth to a lamb]
Red beard [my personal favorite of Kurosawa's movies, movie about a doctor and humanity and patience in general, wonderful piece of cinema]
Millennium Actress [Satoshi Kon's animated movie that i saw most recently, hard to describe what they are like, they are about people.. but his work is super influential]
Tarkovsky's movies in general, they are aviable on youtube in high quality
that's all I can say for now ^^'' May update the list, just bit busy right now. Would like to add some game and music and hobby recommendations, but not sure if my action junkie's game taste would be a good idea as recommendation
