Hello guys
Sorry for come really random with this but I need a lot of help this time :'c I will keep simple the situation, Here it goes my history with the problem
I Love buying anime figures of my beloved characters from japan, I have made some purchases from japan to mexico like 5 times before and I never had any problem but now I don´t know what happen that custom house of my country evaluated one of my figure boxes in 18,600 USD... (I will leave the evidence below, it´s in spanish sorry for that) they want me to pay some money to release my boxes but I can´t pay the fees they are asking me, I talked to fedex if they can talk to the custom house of mexico and they said they can´t do anything, there is only one thing I can do to get my boxes and is to redirect them to USA and I can pick them later... but they want to charge me like 350 USD for this movement, they give me 3 days to pay them or Fedex will start charging me the storage of the boxes...

I can´t believe that the custom house of mexico is doing this scam when I originaly pay like 150 USD for all my figures and I can prove it but they don´t want to believe me ): I´m really distressed of this situation, if anyone can help me with a commission will mean a lot to me
