Is it a place you can move on from to a similar place, where your experience will make your application more valuable? *Typically* if you can move from one job to another of similar type, you can negotiate better pay-rate at the same time. If so, you might be able to make a silk purse out of this sow's ear. :)

Well the new job is really totally differrent from everything I ever worked but it has more to offer anad I will get a crashtraining in it and I can get better changes to climb up the ladder so to speak

Excellent, that would be a good move, then! Generally, from a numbers standpoint, you're best to move jobs every ~4-6 years from what I've been told for better advancement opportunities. So perhaps this one will play out well for you and end up as an advantage in the long run, although right now it sure ain't!
