JTA Update Skip 25/05/2020

Hey folks,
So yeah, I missed an update, I actually realized this yesterday as I was going to sleep, and I actually began to write this apology at night... But I had to stop myself, I work early in the morning, and if I were to take my time to do this properly, I’d have under slept and been unable to work effectively.
So, to clear the major doubts, neither I or anyone in my family is sick. I've just been under a lot of stress lately, but who isn't, it's 2020.
But I did end up neglecting how much that stress was affecting me, I have been oversleeping a lot, getting tired easily and all in all life is kind of 'eh' right now.
I got off work all worked up and decided to focus on writing (and I did get a whole chapter done), but then my friends got online and I started chatting and the end result was me not realizing the mistake until it was too late.
Now, why am I doing this? Why have I just not when on and posted the update...
Well... I had already been thinking about skipping a week for a while, you see JTA is going to be a long series and as such it benefits the writing if I’m currently focusing on chapters that are farther from the ones being posted... Namely because I can revision certain aspects before posting and it gives me room to breathe in case an eventuality (like a sickness or a broken pc) does happen, not to mention the ‘ticking clock’ that could end up affecting my writing if I’m not careful.
Since I had been thinking about it for a while, I can't help but think maybe this was my body's way of telling me to do it now, and so I decided to listen to it... Since I clearly haven't been listening to the signs of stress.
So yeah, I was going to do this later, at the end of the episode, but since I already made a mistake today I decided to own up to it and just take my time as to avoid it repeating in the future.
At the very least I can use this moment to say, some of the reasons for my stress have been solved... I had been spending a lot of time worrying about finding another artist to draw art for JTA, and yesterday I just so happen to have received a response from someone, so at the very least that helped me finally get a good night of sleep.
Sadly, the other reasons of stress, namely work and 'the plague' (and to a lesser extent my countries future), I can do nothing about so I’ll just have to live with it.
That will be all people, sorry for the inconvenience... And I’m particularly sorry for the moment in the story this delay is happening as I’m sure some people can’t wait to know what happens to Azreth, but I promise the next chapter is going to be good.
Just as a final bit of news, Episode 4 has been up on patreon since Sunday, so if you're at all interested, please go check it out.
That will be all for now, see you all next week.
