Video of me playing Gejhi against the SoR2 Minigame in MUGEN.
The beginning refreshes once because I was doing this in watch-mode, and needed to disable the AI for Gejhi, so I could play, and reset to disable the AI interactions with items. That part will be edited out soon.
This video shows a good purpose for the free-turning ability I've coded into my system. Gejhi here doesn't have to rely on the broken auto-turn function for situations like this, being able to face and target any foe he wants.
I botched my combos a handful of times. I've been tired lately. Hahah. I tired to use a variety of things here to show a nice range of skills or move uses, but I ended up using the bread n' butter combos most often.
I tweeked the settings in the minigame config area of SoR2's files, and made the enemies react much faster and smarter so they aren't so easy. I have the difficulty set to hard (mostly because the lifebars a long enough and this minigame takes a while already) I don't want it to take forever to beat every boss.
The version I have of the SoR2 Minigame is "Update 34" and I made some fixes to some emeny hurt-boxes as they were properly lined up to their sprites and combos would often drop when they are juggled.
The special camera control was designed by me. It's built into my characters, and for minigame's like this, I have it in "player focused" mode, which will move the camera based on the players facing and movements.
The part with the big panel to destroy wasn't meant to deal with the wide-screen or zoom feature, so it ends up letting me move to the other side of it. Hah.
I also have the "special enemy effects" turned on that makes them appear with random buffs and such. Adds extra variety.
I also set the option to make them eat items to make it a lil harder.
Will likely make use of some of this video in a "promo" video for him.

What's that white rectangle that shows up when you block? Is that intended?

Yeah, it's the guard meter. I do have plans to make that more clear or better looking later on. It shrinks and turns redder with each hit. Gejhi can take a total of 20 hits (damage don't effect it) if he don't bring his guard down. It refills passively when not blocking or getting hit. It gets 2 hits back for each parry as well.
