Could you have parasites (Questionnaire)
So my mate has been into coffee enemas for a while. I decided to give one a try. Before I go into the details, let me ask you guys 2 important questions.
1. Have you ever visited planet Earth and spent any time there, and
2. Have you ever eaten any Earth food or drank any Earth drinks?
If you have said "yes" to either or both questions, there's a chance you may have picked up some parasites and don't even know it.
Let me share with you what coffee enemas have done for me.
I would watch the toilet bowl for anything weird, and 3 enemas in, I was horrified to see some red film in there. I was scared enough to actually fish it out of the water (It was pretty clear). It was hard like dried tomato skins. We looked it up and it turns out it is a parasite called "Liver flukes".
Shortly after passing that, the following things almost immediately changed:
1. My sense of smell got better. I have been living in my dwelling for a few years, and I began to notice smells. Has it always had this scent? I began to ask myself.
2. My sense of taste improved. I began to taste things in common food items I had not been able to taste before. The foods came "Alive" on my tongue. Ordinary eating experiences became new adventures! I began to really look forward to eating!
3. I stopped eating 2/3 of my normal food intake, and felt "Fuller" longer. Gone were the starvation-pains between meals. My body was finally able to absorb the actual nutrients!
4. My brain-fog and poor memory began to lift. I was able to form coherent thought-chains for the first time in years.
5. My stomach settled. It was less "nervous."
6. I woke up one day and began to realize my depression was lifting. My world-view was improving. This is something I had never had happen to me before. Granted, I am working with my Creator to better understand the human condition and my thinking is getting more healthy and happy all the time, so that's a part of it, yeah.
7. My joints stopped aching! I remember a few years ago I would groan and get up in "steps"... Maybe now my body is finally able to flush out the toxins in my joints!
8. I am drink 2/3 more water. It sort of scared me how little water I would drink. Now I am closer to meeting the "Ten glasses of water a day" mark!
Granted, I take supplements, multivatmins, calcium magnesium, and other things to put the nutrients back in my body.
I have to wonder how many obese people are that way because their bodies need so much food to replace the nutrients parasites are taking? The parasites aren't taking your fat! Just your vitamins!
I also drink Kombucha (We are actually beginning to brew our own) fairly regularly. I even put some Bucca in my enema!
If you endeavor to try this, and I hope you do, if the coffee is too acidic, simply brew it, then boil it in a kettle. Once boiled, coffee loses all of its acidity. Or, you can boil the grounds in water, then filter them out, after.
Also, I have had a pretty awful anal fissure for many years, it has gotten so painful, I began to realize, the next step on the pain scale is actual shock. I have been in shock several times and I know what it feels like. I just dealt with the pain and powered through it day to day. Now that I am not "Pushing" as hard for a bowel movement, the pain has actually gone away. I *never* thought I would be able to go a day without pain. But here I am!
Granted there is a lot of stigma and taboo with the anus and pooping and whatever but honestly that's a bunch of immaturity and needless shaming of the human body. I really don't care. If I can help someone improve their health it's worth the ridicule and shaming.
I also wonder how many people are dying of cancer because their bodies could not absorb the nutrients they needed to heal... Because of parasites... It's a thought that occurred to me... Why do cancer patients usually look so skinny? Someone once said, "Never underestimate the human bodies ability to heal itself" and I believe God gave us powerful abilities to heal.
While we're on the subject of things this society considers shameful and taboo (Like I give a f*ck) as someone who is a sexual assault survivor, and abused my body in the past. "Inserting" the enema thing, while it is small, my body clenches up and fights me. I have begun to "Massage" my butt, taking my time with lube or even olive oil, honestly treating it with kindness and respect, it helps it to relax, and this morning, it occurred to me that my fissure could be exacerbated by all the tension and fear I had been holding inside my butt (Tailhole?).
My mate once told me muscles can "Hold" trauma and this became apparent to me today. And actually massaging the butt feels freaking AMAZING. Really a huge turn-on. Sorry if that's candid, but, again, I don't really care, people who would shame others were once shamed, themselves, and that's why they need to harm others. Sad, really.
It should be said that coffee enemas do take some minerals from you. If you embark on a healing journey, be sure to:
Drink Kombucha regularly
Add salt to your diet for electrolytes, or an electrolyte supplement
Take a multivitamin!
Take calcium/magnesium
Take acidophilus! Replenish the healthy microbes in your gut.
B vitamins
Experiment with various supplements to see what works for you.
I am 40 years old and I feel like I am becoming a new man, literally. There has been *no* area of my health that has NOT improved since flushing these toxins from my system. Toxins that had been in there for years! My health had been steadily deteriorating and I just accepted it. I am losing weigh, but in a good way. I am not nearly as hungry as I used to be. I have more energy and less pain. My thinking is clearer and my depression hits me less.
Oh! and I almost forgot... My terrible Tinnitus, (Ringing in the ears) that drove me insane for years, it doesn't bother me as much like it used to. Even my hearing is getting better! These things aren't placebos. These are actual observations of things as they get better. I still have a "Dad belly" but it might be going away or staying I don't really care.
One more thing, after beginning the enemas and passing bizarre and freakish things in my gut, I stopped eating for a few days. I not hungry at all. My appetite has slowly come back, and when I eat it is a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I think my body was dealing/getting rid of excess fat and stuff my body had stored as it desperately tried to absorb the nutrients it could, my intestinal walls being blocked and all.

FA+

Also a bit of advice, when administering the liquid, don't just open the valve, let it slowly trickle in (very slowly!) Or it could be uncomfortable and fill a chamber too fast. Not fun! Take it slow and there will be almost no discomfort or none at all. You can try laying on your right, some say left, I've found being on my back is most comfortable.
I also add a bit of iodized salt (not much maybe half a teaspoon) to the liquid and sometimes I'll do half coffee half water, sometimes all coffee. Just some suggestions.

2. Damn. Also yes.
Funny you posted this today. I've had chronic abdominal pain for around thirteen years now. It comes and it goes. Certain foods seem to make it flare up for a few days at a time. My ability to digest is pretty bad for the most part. Despite that, I've been able to maintain. Just barely though. You've reminded me I need to schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist again.
I've heard positive things about coffee enemas from others as well. I've always just dismissed that sort of thing. Probably because I have a severe real-life aversion to having ANYTHING inserted into ... that area. But yeah, I guess some people swear by it. If it cleared up certain things that were plaguing your health, then that is amazing! I'd be a fool to tell you that you are wrong if you are being honest about it.
What REALLY caught my attention is that you mentioned liver flukes. I recall becoming severely ill in South Africa in 2007. I thought it was food poisoning at the time. Maybe it was. I don't know. It hit me hard. I was out of commission for two days while I crawled to the toilet and "vomited" out of both ends pretty much non-stop. Sorry about the graphic description, but there's a reason for it. The water source in the bushveldt that I drank from over the course of many months, was pumped up from a fairly stagnant pond. It was not treated nor filtered in any way. It was supposedly safe, but hey ... this is Africa we're talking about here. The water flowed down from the hills and from several streams. At least one of which I eventually found was regularly defecated into by a large troop of baboons. That was an unpleasant discovery to say the least! After the incident, I can't remember anything particularly noteworthy happening at any one time. About seven years later and back in the US, I went to a specialist because some creeping digestive issues became more severe. They did blood work and stool tests for enzyme levels and parasite eggs. They claim everything looked normal. By that time, I had spent around a thousand dollars. I was tapped out. They wanted me to pony up a few thousand more for a colonoscopy and I said "No, thank you!". The doc claimed I seemed healthy and that there really wasn't anything more he could do to help me, so I walked away and continued to manage the symptoms.
Fast forward to present day, it's still an issue. Unless I avoid certain foods, that is. It's lead me to think that I have an enzyme deficiency that they failed to see the first time. What do they call it these days? Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency (EPI) or something? They seem to be fairly good at diagnosing and treating SYMPTOMS in the medical industry, but their lack of finding the root cause is troublesome. Then I read a little about chronic pancreatitis and liver flukes and BAM! OMG, what if that's it?! What if there is an obstruction in my bile duct caused by a bunch of little hitch hiking liver worms?!? Eeeeeeeew. That ache that I sometimes get at the middle point between the bottom of my sternum and my navel seems to point to inflammation of my pancreas, but it has terrified me to find out what is causing it. I'm scared they will want to remove one of my internal organs. Or that it's cancer. It is making me shudder to think about it as I type this.
That third point you made about "starvation pains" that you once had. Malabsorption is awful. Did that pain seem similar to the hollow "black hole" or vacuum feeling that I described as well? It's difficult to describe pain or to compare it to someone else's. So I'm sorry to ask a question that seems kind of unnecessary. Also, if you flushed liver flukes from your system, aren't you concerned that they are still present in your liver or gallbladder? Again, I don't know your situation or very much about this condition. I am just curious.
Thank you for putting this all out there. I know it's personal stuff and it's not all that easy to share with people. I'm on the fence about the coffee thing, but I'll keep an open mind. If there's something blocking my bile/pancreatic duct, I doubt that would help. But honestly I have no idea. I've yet to consult with a naturopathic physician. Urghh ... this is all just so nerve-wracking.
I thank you for the little extra push that I needed to (hopefully) stop procrastinating and just go to a specialist again. I was praying so hard about this last night. Maybe you just gave me the sign from God that I needed to see.
Honestly man, work on massaging your behind parts (I'm talking the hole) with lube, and learn to enjoy it. The tail hole is rich with nerve endings, I read once more than even the penis itself. Only immature society condemns everything as "gayyyy". Who cares what other people think, if they're poking fun at you it's only because they are weak, immature individuals who aren't smart enough or strong enough to grow the f up.
F 'em. Your health is so important man. I'm cleansing myself with more and more fluid and I'm feeling better amd better all the time.
I am eating a ton less food and enjoying what little I do eat far more than before. There is a ceetain psychological sadness, though, that my tongue misses all the delicious food it got to taste because now it's tasting a lot less of it (albeit enjoying it way more!) But i knew I was eating wayyyy too much to feel full I just didn't know why or know how to get better aside from starvation diets which i wasn't willing to do because food meant so much to me and life is meant to be enjoyed, you know?
I see this as adding to my years, quality, healthy years. I suggest you try... Learn to "relax" the involuntary clenching using only a finger and lots of lube. Really your health is up to you, and thank you for responding =)
If youre curious what i recommend it is bpa free silicone same price as the rubber ones at CVS:

Do you have any links to specific procedures or "equipment" that worked for you?
I recommend bpa free silicone bags.

As far as recommend, some say right side lay, some say left, I'm dam comfortable just on bed on my back watching tv.
I recommend going super slow, the second "click" is slow enough that my bowels arent inundated with liquid. I have the bag suspended above me by a cabinet.
Boil your coffee to reduce aciditity. Sometimes I go straight coffee. I often use a little salt (not too little, not too much, usually a teaspoon when I'm running a lot in the bag). I was using small amounts of frankincense for healing the fissure but ran out (more on the way. Like 2-4 drops pwr quart. It makes the bag fragrant!).
Get comfortable, learn to caringly massage your atuff down there, mine thanks me for it. Pick something good on tv. I recommend starting with a little and working your way up. The last 1.5 weeks every bowel movement except for 3 have been via enema. My mate does them every time and has for years. She passed an ascarid worm 2 days ago I saw it in the bowl. Gross, but better in the bowl than inside of her!
Salt is to replenish your electrolytes, multivitamins are very good to take, too. Muscle spasms could be magnesium calcium or vitamin d related.
I am eating a ton less and enjoying what I eat a lot more as i cam actually taste stuff now. There's a psychological sadness over my tongue getting to taste less quantity but i was eating wayyyy too much before.
Be ready for the urge to poo being very high at first. It takes time to learn to hold it in. I used to hold it in for hours but that might not be helpful.
There are inflatable bulbs that help with larger quanities. My butt was used as an erogenous zone all my life and this sort of enema thing can be kind of... Stimulating if you know what I mean...
This is an inflatable bulb that can help with retention.

The best part of waking up, is Folgers in your butt!
FYI We use cheap walmart coffee, I get that there's better stuff and we may switch in the future, but for now it works. We also use filtered water from a reverse-osmosis system that also controls the PH of the water.
I've been drinking kombucha lately and that seems to be helping with the brain fog and energy but it's not the full on revolution you've got going on. I am a former avid home brewer with probably $5000 in equipment but haven't taken up kombucha yet.
I don't usually sit still that long unless at my office job or just before bed, I do slow down a bit if the weather is worse though. Is it painful or just the urge to go is there that you have to distract yourself? It sounds like your house hold has an enema hour so to speak.
So you are suggesting all the supplements because this strips out everything? Have you seen any negative effects or no because you are taking the supplements?
I've tried really hard to make the backside a fun zone because so many seem to enjoy it so much but it's just not that great so far. Occasionally it's definitely on the menu butt not the main course. Glad you were able to heal the fissure. Thought people died from that!
But (no pun intended) I shudder to think of my condition had I not of given it a chance.
I start every enema by touching myself gently, massaging gently until i relax. I use a lot of lube. I was the victim of quite a bit of traumatic abuse when i was younger so I realize some of the things I did to my body were actually quite harmful and my body is used to being abused and violated. That said, now that I am treating my body with tenderness and compassion, I find the experience highly enjoyable. But i recognize my experience is rare.
Kombucha is actually very easy to make. The scoby is hardy and self replicating. All you meed is black tea bags and sugar. Boil the tea, add the sugar, let it cool, and add the scoby or vice versa. We got a kit for 35 bucks on stay and it's been growing ever since.
I am blessed in that when i go to my room and shut the door, no one but my wife are allowed in unless they knock (and definitely no kids!) As i write this, i am naked on my bed, watching youtube with the enema bag above me, letting the solution soak into my body. I am self enployed so I get to determine when my day ends or begins. I have a lot of freedom. The kids know I do the "thing that mom does" but they are still young and don't understand the details/taboos/whatever. One day they will. In our house we don't shame them or put negativity on them because we know how harmful that can be. Her and I were both damaged by shame. We tell the kids what can harm them but let them be who they are.
The pain was pretty intense at first. This was largely because i went full-bore right away and opened the line all the way. This was a mistake! I endured the pain and tried to relax, don't get me wrong, i am super glad I stuck with it and powered through it because the health benefits were so amazing.
But, my recommendation is not to get a click type regulator. Get a roller type. I am frustrated with my click type regulator because I need a setting in between 1 and 2.
The silicone bag I am going to get actually has a rotational valve, which seems to be ideal. I can find a setting that works best and then mark it to set it for the future.
I probably have at least a quart in my body presently with only mild discomfort due to the "in between" setting not being able to be achieved. Learn from my mistakes lol. Don't do a lot of fluid at first, and go slow.
They say it can strip out electrolytes, and some vitamins. Different articles say different things. I add a little salt and it seems to help with discomfort. Mostly going slow helps. The clear lines and bag of the silicone bag help you know if things are flowing. I was taking vitamins before this because they really did help with energy and a feeling of wellness.
The only negative effect I've seen is a tremor and motor control can suffer sometimes, but it comes and goes, and I had it before to be honest, the enema may have made it worse. Literally everything else is improving.
Today there is no tremor.
Try and treat your backside with tenderness and compassion, like a person you carr about and love. That sounds crazy but actually I believe the brain can "remember" abuses there and it's proven muscles can store trauma. My backside is actually learning to trust me, as crazy as that sounds. Your intentions must be pure and stem from love. It's crazy how we can abuse our bodies and not know it.
I believe there is a ton of stigma, a lot of it sexual shaming, about the backside. And no doubt people who don't know what they're doing have caused injury, and that is very sad. Yes it is the gate that controls bowel movements, but it is an intimate part of our bodies. There are ways to enjoy it cleanly although one should always wash ones hands.
If i could tell you the things that are coming out of my body it would probably gross a lot of people out. But those things were INSIDE of me. I had a test done for parasites and it came back negative, i can tell you they were WRONG. God knows how long these things were stealing nutrients from me!
I am eating a fraction of what i have been. My belly is disappearing. I am full almost all the time and I rarely get hungry.
Do i miss eating all the food I used to, yes. My body released some stomach acid from my shrinking stomach and that was very uncomfortable (i was stuck in traffic no less! It was awful!) But other than that I have been increasing in health in every way.
I have gone from 2 enemas a day to just one in the morning, sometimes one at night if my bowels are irritated. I let my body absorb the food at night if possible. I am sleeping better, too. My mate said that a lot of my spiritual issues were related to my health, and I did not believe her until I passed these things.
It is gross but had we of installed a mesh in the toilet so we could see what we were passing, I think it would probably shock the world. I know my mate passed at least one ascarid, i saw it in the bowl after she flushed. I think i am passing a few myself, thick and shriveled up. But these things were in my body! I am glad to have them out! It's like performing a "factory reset to original settings" of my body.
My fissure is not healed yet, but the "you are going to die from this" pain has almost completely gone away. Before it was an all day most days thing I just suffered through. Yeah i saw a doctor and proctologist but they both failed me.
