Maybe what helps is to have someone who motivates you? Or show it to an audience for that matter. It doesn't have to be a big audience, one person can be enough and let them judge your work ^^

Yeah that. It's more im really scared to show people things because in my eyes people are so good and my art sucks. But i need some motivation but idk, dont know it anymore with it :(

Hey you make really cool art imho. I think people will only give compliments or feedback. And you shouldn't compare yours to someone else's.
Everyone has their own style :D

I feel your pain, it's not an easy thing to deal with. I like to think of these moments as improvement for my art, seeing things I'm not happy with and trying to fix it. One thing I like to do to work with this is drawing studies from photos of animals or people, and don't worry if you draw messy! As long as there's one study you draw that you're happy with in the end, I'd call that a success. Keep your chin up, and don't beat yourself up! <3
