Your style looks like nothing else I see here on FA. For what it’s worth, I love that unique quality. It is refreshing. But it must be pleasing to you, no matter what I think.

This is where you need to start looking at others and see which particular aspects you want to change: I wasn't happy with my outlines, so I started working from silhouettes. I'm not happy with the way I draw hands or eyes, so I started to copy/study how artists I like draw them.
It's helpful to look for particular things, not just say 'everything'.

You have good posing and sense of form. Your inking technique is clean.
