I really want to get a tattoo if a second stim check comes but idk if that'll happen. And if it does come, can I even go get one?

I want that going around my bicep. I'm anticipating spending $300-$500 on it. I'm just worried shops might be closed. I haven't looked though but plenty of hair salons are open so idk why not.
I'm afraid I have no insight on the price, but it's definitely good to plan for it. As for the shops being open, doesn't hurt to look around and ask. Places are slowly starting to open up, so tattoo shops may very well be available. Do your research, though. Make sure you pick the right one.
The design is from Tool's Lateralus album. I need a Tool tattoo, lol. I just hope they're still around and haven't caved under loss of business due to quarantine like so many other businesses have.
Still, if/when the money comes, it'll be something to look into.
