Thanks! It's day-to-day, but folks are settling in a the church, the fires are getting a teensy bit under control, and mostly staying away from the communities. The air quality is 'chunky', everything seems to be covered in ash. Still holding on... Stay safe! Stu the batty.

Thanks, JKnight97! It's appreciated. Accessing the cameras at home and at work show a lot of ash, but both still intact. (Work is in Felton, CA, I'm in Lompico, if you want to follow the fire maps,) Finally more firefighters and a bit of weather relief, tho tonite might be more dry lightning, so gotta pray for that. Church housing about 60 people. I was told i'd have a real hard time getting into the church, as the main access is thru an evac zone, so between that, the early morning drive to get there and the horrible air quality, I stayed north. First time in well over a year I missed my 7AM. They had to temp a facebook stream, as I have all of the portable streamstuff, and a bit of the in-house streamstuff with me... But it came (mostly) together. It's still nuts down there, but they're holding on. Fires calming down, tho the weather the next 48 hours may mess with that a lot. Meanwhile, I'm texting/emailing/calling lots of folks checking in, and watching tons of fire updates. And to wind down, rewatching stuff on Disney+. Helps to distract.. And we thot Covid stuff was nasty. Mix with firestorms.. Eeep! Anyway, tired, stressed but safe bat here. I'll be Zooming with the members of my tech team tomorrow to try to help them get a better setup in place with on-site resources. Three of my best team members are sheltering there anyway, so have time to mess with things. All is good, tho. Thanks for the prayers! 100,000's of people evacced because of all these Calif fires, many losing homes and more. Almost all of our folk are ok and still 'homed', tho a few not so much.
