The updated lease gave red flags over the fact the place was getting renovated so we decided to bounce, but a slight issue came up; my brother has a potential job offer as a concierge to an apartment complex. If he gets the job we can room together at a great discount (preferred) ; otherwise we have to live scrap to scrap at another apartment complex.

Anyway, I've been slow on work due to packing and cleaning and spackling and painting that none of my roommates are helping with... as they already have places and got their stuff out.

So yeah, that's what I'm dealing with atm. Maybe after all this is done I'll post the stuff I've worked/been working on for a good while.
