Remember that video game I was working on? I'm back at it...

Hey, remember that game that I said I was working on years ago but then provided no updates? Well, here is a map that I made for the planned open world: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/38064947/
What is this game? Well, the plan is for it to be a feral furry MMORPG, with lite-survival mechanics (hunt to level up etc). You will create your own characters (planned species include dragons, wolves, lions, bears, horses, and more!) and join an open world with other players. You will play with others or alone to hunt, forage, level up your stats, complete quests, amongst other things.
Where am I actually at with this thing? Well, there is not much to see at the moment, though I uploaded a screenshot of the tech in play a few years ago. There are some loosely related mechanics (code) that need to be stitched together, and some mechanics that I'm trying to figure out. As far as map-making goes, this is an area where I'm confident that I have the tools and ability to deliver, hence the ambition for such a large and complex map. To deliver this, I'll use some add-on Unity assets specifically designed to generate and populate maps based off of height maps. From there I can sculpt and perfect to my heart's desire (I love a bit of geography). I also recently acquired an engine which I hope will be sufficient to drive the character creation system, the online system, and some of the RPG mechanics.
Right now I'm learning to use Blender, with the aim to get half-decent at making character models, which will eventually end up in the game. I honestly have no idea how long this will take to make, but I plan to make some mini-games out of the mechanics I make along the way. I'll probably release it early access-style, and add mechanics as I go.
I'm kind of unsure at this stage on which render pipeline to use in Unity for the visuals. On the one hand, the option to have ray-tracing would be awesome, but on the other, I want as many people as possible to be able to play this thing. It would be helpful to know some of the PC specs that people have at their disposal.
Feel free to give me a shout in notes if you think I'm missing anything, it might be helpful to bounce ideas around :)

A game where you play as a feral animal sounds always interesting
