General info you need to know:
๏ If a piece of art that you receive from me has a watermark on it do NOT remove it.
๏ Please, and I know this is a given but doesn't hurt to say it anyway, Don't claim my art as your own.
๏ If you have received any poses or art from me of a character your selling Please ask me about selling the piece I made you. If I find out you did not ask me I will take that piece of art from you and whoever buys/bought that char.
๏ If you are re-selling any character's I have made please come to me First before selling.
๏ Do not sell for more than what you bought them for. Same goes for Adopts.
๏ Please make sure that you have given me proper credit for the art I made you, link's to da or fa ext.
๏ Please again, and I know this is a given (again) but doesn't hurt to say it anyway, Don't claim my art as your own, trace, or re-upload.
๏ If you are buying a character that I have gotten permission to sell from someone else then make sure to go to their ToS. My ToS is NOT to over ride their's.
Commission info you need to know:
๏ I dont do refund's. If you are unhappy with how the piece came out then I am sorry. I will more than likly make you a free thing to make up for it but You wont get a refund.
๏ Do not Re-sell the art without first asking me.
๏ You will not receive any art untill i have proof of payment.
๏ My paypal I will note you invoice.
๏Please do not spam me with Updates!! I give frequent updates so please don't bombard me...
Other Infomation:
๏ If i find out any of my rules were broken I have the right to take back my art.
๏ If you wish to contact me for any questions about something I did not mention in my ToS please Note me on DA or FA

Free Art:
If you have received any sort of free art from me Please:
๏ASK me before you hand the art over to someone who has bought the character drawn.
๏Do not give away without first asking me.
๏Do not edit img in any way without asking first.
๏Do not remove my signature.
๏If you wanted to make the art into a pose then please ask me before hand.
๏If its a sketch and you would like to make it a pose again just ask me.
๏As always do not claim any of my free art/sketches as your own.
๏Do not try to recreate it with small things changed.
๏If i find out any of these rules are broken I will take back the free art and you will no longer receive any sort of art from me.
