Job Change!

Yup! I got a new job and I start on the 5th of October :)
I'm going into the restaurant business! I've landed a job at a local place that serves wood fired pizas, bar food, and some more gourmet items. My background in fresh cheese making and also a cheesemonger helped me get the job. I've wanted to work in a restaurant since I graduated high school, but because I chose to get a job rather than pay for more schooling, that wasn't an option for me. But now, since I started at the bottom bagging groceries when I was 15, I'm now 40 and have management experience and a slew of other talents. I'm pretty much a self taught cook other than some courses in junior and high school, but lets see where this takes me.
I'll be training to go over and help run their new location next summer in Milford MA. So if you're in the area of Hudson MA or Milford MA.....come over and see me at the restaurant :D

Where in Milford is this place/will it be? :3 I grew up in Hopkinton and know Milford very well :3
