Commission Terms of Service

Before commissioning me, note that:
- I reserve the right to decline commissions I am not comfortable with.
-- You are free to give me a different character/theme if I decline your initial request.
-- I also have the discretion not to tell you why I declined your character.
- I am a medical doctor, and my patients take precedence over art.
- I cannot accept your commission if you need the art finished by a certain date.
- I reserve the right to charge for specific types of commercial use, especially for merchandise.
You may:
- use art that you have commissioned from me for personal, non-commercial, non-political use.
- crop, make icons/forum signatures out of or incorporate my art in a desktop wallpaper for personal, non-commercial, non-political use.
- post the artwork on character repositories (e.g. personal Weebly sites, Toyhou.se) provided that I am given proper attribution:

Toyhou.se Attribution: hoar
Fur Affinity Attribution: @Hoar
You may NOT:
- use my artwork for commercial purposes, UNLESS you inform me about each specific use.
- use my artwork to create non-fungible tokens (NFTs)
- incorporate my artwork in political, hateful, discriminatory, or religious imagery.
- remove my signature.
Payment:
- Please pay me only after I have sent you a preview of the finished artwork.
-- Bank Transfers (Malaysia/Philippines)
-- E-wallet (Malaysia/Philippines)
-- Wise
-- PayPal (only if you cannot pay through other options above)
OR I can issue an invoice.
