You may convert your video into SWF format and post as flash animation, as I didhere,by using Format Factory if your video is less than 10 MB
Or upload your video to any other source, as YouTube, for example
And using [yt]Your link here[/yt] code, but it works only in journals ^^;
I mean.. FF would accept SWF, but in like half a year, flash will be removed from all current webbrowsers (and windows itself). So yee.. while SWF will work until then, its not exactly the best solution.
