I realllllly wish FA would allow you to change your username. WHY hasn't FA had an update that accomplishes that? LIKE EVERY OTHER SITE I USE ALLOWS IT.

As for the not being able to change your username thing, IIRC it's because of the way FA was built, back when this was a small amateur-run site. They'd have to tear a lot of the existing code down and rebuild the whole thing nearly from the ground up, to allow that kind of a change without everything breaking down.
