Collar Pilot Program 2020
Have you wanted to wear your own Chromaticollar? In light of increased correspondence along these lines, a pilot program is going to be tried for the remaining months in 2020.
Be sure to read this journal first.
Here's how it's going to work. This journal will list a few conditions. If those conditions are agreeable to you, you may, without having to ask, commission one (1) piece from now though the end of 2020 of your character wearing a Chromaticollar.
• It will not cost anything to use the Chromaticollar design, but please stick to its canon.
The character's eyes must match the collar band, for example.
• The piece you are commissioning must a SFW piece with transformation as the primary theme.
The piece can depict a character wearing the collar before a transformation, after, or anywhere in between. It can be a sequence if you wish.
• The character you're depicting must be an adult, flesh-and-blood animal both before and after the transformation.
• You must comment below your intention to get a piece and again linking it when it is complete.
• Future usage of Chromaticollars will depend on how well this program goes.
This may be tried again in the future and may be expanded on later.
• Don't abuse this permission or make it a cause for regret.
• Link
with the piece.
If what you're interested in falls outside of these conditions, perhaps some other transformation method would be best for you instead of a Chromaticollar. Collar-based TF is always good even if it's just a generic collar or a design you made yourself.

I do have some questions which would be interesting to explore together if that's possible.
Telegram ArtingAshy or FA Notes, whichever. ;)
Buuuut if it's closed then I will just make it canon that my collar can TF me anyway, because collar TF is best <3

Could I make use of your idea (and credit you obviously) in future TF/post-TF related commissions?
