Charlie Brown kidnapped by Apple TV.

If Apple hasn't pissed you off in the past, here you go.
It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown Won't Air on Broadcast TV But Will Stream on AppleTV+ for Free.
It seems one of the most beloved classics for Halloween has been taken from normal TV and chained up on a streaming service. Now yes it's FREE to stream it but F U, it was FREE already to watch. Not everyone has Apple TV or even access to it. Some people don't have access to good internet or even a decent computer at all. But they had perfectly good TV's and could have watched it. But not anymore. And it's not just Halloween, no we can't do this half ass can we? Nope, A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving and A Charlie Brown Christmas is also being kidnapped (I know, I know, Hijacked would be a better term but Screw that, my journal :) ).
I know I shouldn't be this pissed off but WHY would someone decide to take something like this completely off of broadcast TV? If this what the future holds? All our classics going to streaming only services? Yes, I'm old but still I have nothing against streaming TV. Hell, I like the fact in many cases. But to pull this crap is just one step too far. What's next, Macy's Thanksgiving parade being locked to a streaming service only with no more TV presence?
Sorry, I had to rant at that one. If you want to read the article, it's here https://people.com/tv/its-the-great.....letv-for-free/
