I took another trip to the Anahuac National Wildlife Refuge again! It was extremely fun, although me and my girlfriend crawled out of it with only a few drops of blood left thanks to roving packs of wild mosquitoes.

The one thing I hate about photography is... editing the photos. I still haven't caught up on all the photos I've taken in the last several months. I will be getting to that.

I have good news about Jewel the cat. While taking the trips to the area where the cats live, I didn't see her for a span of months. I saw her again just the other day, and she is alive and well! I am so happy she's ok.

I was also able to meet up with the people who feed the cats again, and also the head of a local cleanup effort for the area. They are looking forward to raising funds to sponsor getting the cats fixed! At least these babies will have one less thing to worry about if this is able to proceed.
