Something I'd like to see (being it doesn't seem to exist at all - at least I certainly haven't found any, either as an image or as part of a story) in general, not necessarily from any specific person - someone soiling themselves while wearing underwear, diapers, whatever and getting said soiled coverings yanked down followed by getting spanked on their bared ass for it, either playfully or seriously.
