I realise its a bit late-ish now but a good option for the future may be Dropbox. Save commissions there as well as a USB. That way if USB goes bye bye for any reason? Dropbox will have been kept syncronised. (So you'd save to dropbox, then put a cold-copy to USB right after) that way everythings in two places at least!. I know it costs a bit of money to get a decent amount of space but in my opinion its well worth it as a redundancy. Hope thats of some use :)

Don't forget Dropbox also saves a revision history so you can DL any of the last 50 edits. :P

Yay, glad its not all bleak!

Should use a cloud service that backs your stuff up automatically if you have the network for it. Dropbox lets you have 2TB of space if you pay for their service. :P

Also, can use SyncToy and have it scheduled to run automatically each night while you sleep to sync your work between multiple drives if you want extra protection.

For example, I bought two portable 2TB passport drives, and backup my appdata and user folder and all that to one, then make a perfect copy of it to the other using SyncToy, periodically.
