sorry for being gone- 1 week suspension

so, as the title says, i was suspended for a week due to "duplicate reminders" on my main account, and on here. now when you're suspended for those who don't know, all that shows for you is a suspension screen, and you cannot look at comments, notes, or anything. you can't even search.. thankfully i was helped today by a lovely member of their staff whom restored my access 2 days early on this account.
in regards to the situation, what had happened was a bunch of my old things, along with reminders i had completely forgotten about for literally 3-4 years were taken out of my gallery, and i was penalized for it. along with some things i was trying to sell (an xbox live card) when i was in a horrible situation 4 years ago. this account was penalized as well because they tied the two together, and it was just penalized 2 days prior for one "duplicate" submission in my gallery. in which i complied for 2 days and did what they had asked, but then my main was put into it.
at this time my main is still suspended for a day and 21 hours, so i will not be able to respond or do anything on it until saturday the 19th at 1:15PM (yes i know the exact time cuz this was driving me crazy lol) so i am terribly sorry for those who are trying to get in contact with me on there! :(

Yeah several months ago they made a change to their upload policy, you are now only allowed to have 3 reminders per 8 hours and 1 reminder per original submission. It's only been the last month or so that I have heard of people being punished for it though.
