DO NOT:
Change the species
Break species rules
Sell the empty base
Take credit for drawing the lines
You may:
Take commissions
Sell adoptables
Use for ref sheets
Use for personal art and gifts
Make edits like glitter, solid inclusions, or solid "toppings"
If you have a mutated blorp that has been approved by us (has our stamp of approval) you may add mutations for that blorp. Designing mutated blorps is allowed, but highly regulated. Any mutated blorps must be brought to us immediately for stabilization (approval.) The stabilization fee is $10, and includes a stamp of approval.
