Deleting Account and Making a New One

Uuummm when you say you’ll delete this one but, leave a link to the new one doesn’t that mean that your journals will also be deleted and people will lose how to find your new account?

I'd appreciate if you made a new journal instead and left the account active for, like, another few days? Especially people who don't check FA daily would benefit from that.
