Family in the Hospital

I am working on commissions, but I just received news my step-mom is in the hospital and they have no idea what is wrong.
She is completely out of it and slipping in and out of consciousness, while also collapsing.
This has me concerned as well for not just her but my father, who is in poor health as well and such things tend to make it worse.
I need to find out what I need to do for my dad for the time being with my step-sister and cousin, as we are the only family they have relatively nearby.
