By purchasing art from ItsSunee/Luminyte/China Scott, you are agreeing to the terms listed below:
Payment:
Paypal only
Payment will be processed via Paypal Invoice/Paypal.me
Payments MUST be paid upon completion of a commission upon which a less heavily watermarked version will be given to you.
Do not ask for discounts.
Tips accepted with payment but not required.
Refunds:
My finished work is non-refundable.
If I have already started working and you ask for a refund, you will still be charged with whatever progress I have done.
Issuing a chargeback for a commission will immediately get you blacklisted from future commissions.
No refunds will be given to clients who cut off communication without an adequate reason. This is mostly to ensure that money will not end up on dead accounts.
Edits:
Be reasonable about your sketch edit requests, I will only be able to edit the piece 5 times before you are either charged or denied any additional edits. Make sure to take a good look when you get the work in progress and take your time to approve it!
Large corrections after the sketch phase cost a minimum of $5 and can reach up to an indefinite amount depending on the type of commission and complexity of correction so please be very clear on what you want done.
You are free to print, crop, or add text over your piece as long as you credit me for the original design and specify your edits when you post it.
To avoid editing after completion and possible misunderstandings, please present pose ideas, personality and visual ideas for what you'd like. Also present a CLEAR VISUAL REFERENCE. No shaded references or text descriptions (unless discussed prior)!
If I have completed your commission and I have clearly messed up on design or colors, please tell me! I will happily fix it for you!
If I have incorrectly shown the character's personality in the WIP stage, let me know and I can change expressions.
Procedure:
Work on your project will begin upon confirmation of concept. Payment will be given when you are comfortable.
Once completed, a complete (non-heavily-watermarked) version will be given to you and I will post the commission to my various galleries if I so please. I do not complete "secret commissions" however if the piece is a gift I can delay posting it on social media until you are ready.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Complicated characters with a heavy extra charge (Insects/Segmented Creatures/Extreme Patterns/Complex Closed/Custom Species)
Things I Won’t Draw:
Scat/Bathroom Play
Zoo
Incest
Mecha/Robotics
Armor
Realistic Gore
Copyrighted Characters in NSFW scenes
Anything that makes me uncomfortable
Other Information:
You may repost your finished piece to any website with credit back to me.
Do not remove or tamper with any watermarks.
You cannot copy/trace any image created by me without express permission.
You are free to print, crop, or add text over your piece as long as you credit me for the original design and specify your edits when you post it.
You are free to use it as backgrounds, avatars, banners, and other nonprofit ways (you cannot sell merch of my work)
Commissioned art may appear in personal advertisements on sites, social media, or streaming.
I will not make direct additional profit off of your characters besides what you paid (This means I will not make prints, sell in art books, or other merchandise without your consent)
I do not work on a first come first serve basis any longer. If your piece is taking longer than 2 months without an update directly from me you may contact me for either a partial or full refund (depending on if and how far I have started on it).
