Well, tell you what than, what i do is something you dont have to but it helped to mě, could help even you, what i do was basecally give myself a goal to reach, might be easy like finish one drawing per Day, or even level up to that record level in the game or run futher distance from your house and than back from the short time, once you do give yourself another one, make yet another art, or get even higher record in moře Games, or mutch futher distance in shorter time and so, it helps mě and make mě feel like i am doing something to be proud of.

Again its what i do, its up to you what will you do since only you can hold the lead to go your way
