Impalement.
Depending on your choice of the character's sex there are 4 ways this can be done.

1. Vaginal - Female/Hermaphrodite - Vaginal impalement would result in the sensation of at least 5 penetrations/punctures if they were all survived. The first would be the embarrassing initial penetration of the vagina. The second, the penetration of the cervix as it is cut, torn, or forced to stretch. The third, the penetration through the top of the uterus. The fourth, the penetration of the diaphram. The fifth and final, the penetration of flesh near the collarbones or the penetration through the throat and out the mouth.

2. Perineal - Female/Hermaphrodite/Male - Perineal Impalement would result in the sensation of at least 3 penetrations/punctures if they were all survived. The first would be the penetration of the flesh located between the scrotum or vagina and the anus. The second, the penetration of the diaphram. The Third and Final, the penetration of flesh near the collarbones or the penetration through the throat and out the mouth.

3. Anal - Female/Hermaphrodite/Male - Anal Impalement would result in the sensation of at least 4 penetrations/punctures if they were all survived. The first would be the embarrassing initial penetration of the anus. The second, the penetration through the rectal wall. The third, the penetration of the diaphram. 4. Scrotal - Hermaphrodite/Male - Scrotal impalement would result in the sensation of at least 3 penetrations/punctures if they were all survived, in addition to extreme pressure on, and corresponding pain in, the testicles. The first would be the embarrassing initial penetration of both the scrotal skin and the flesh of the pelvic floor. The second, the penetration of the diaphram. The third and final, the penetration of flesh near the collarbones or the penetration through the throat and out the mouth.

Ultimately, Vaginal penetration has the potential to be the most painful, drawn out, and graphic.

Effectively a situation where if one fails to keep hold of the rope, all of their heads roll. It would be good for offing a large number of characters at once.

It could be heads facing in, where they'd see each other's heads dropping off in succession, or heads facing out like in the example above, where the sound of heads rolling and the sight of the neighbor's head dropping builds up the tension.

In a Heads-in scenario, the ropes can be zig zagged in a star shape so that the next person to lose their head is almost directly across from the person who just got chopped, or, if we want to go kinky, another character on the outside could spank/whip the backsides of the victims, testing to see who would be the first to fail.

In a Heads-out scenario, if we want to go really kinky, there could be several dildos tied together stuck in each of the victims, and causing any movements to move them closer to fatally opening their mouth to moan or cry out.

In any positioning scenario, vibrators could be used to similarly prompt at least one to fatally moan or cry out.

I have a suggestion of art, fenneko being whipped and then pouring alcohol or something that burns on your wounds to see your reaction, I would like to see, I like your drawings ;)

I hope you choose one, no matter which character, as long as it is female n_n. Methods of torture: hot object on the skin, throwing it in hot or cold water, electrocuting the victim, corrosive acid on the skin, sexual objects of torture, ingestion poison, organ pulls while the victim is awake, dismemberment.Good is what I would like to see. 😅
