Hello there, I voted for Joe Biden, and before him, Gary Johnson. (I feel my duty is to vote for the best candidate. ) I think most of the change will be positive, and I hope I'm wrong on the policies which I disagree. Some of its going to hurt, but needs addressed. I think the GOP is doomed as a rational political party as the few public attempts I've seen to reconstitute without 'the former guy' was well stocked with his out of favor cronies. Same crooks, new tune, but the harmony is power at any cost.
It's a shame because I believe our system needs at least a two party system, and would be better with a small third.
I also believe I will see a devaluation of the dollar in my lifetime. When and if that happens I believe the world will stop using the dollar as the de facto trading currency. This means it will be hard for the government to borrow cheaply and a lot of people, governments and business dumping dollars. What does this mean for us? Look at all the money you have, on hand in checking and savings and take three maybe two zeros off the end.
Its going to suck.
i don't think you build a bunker and learn to eat cockroaches. I think everyone should if possible, do what the CDC and Homeland (I dislike that name.) security recommend. Keep a pantry, and use it so the food doesn't go bad. (It's helped me during layoffs.) Live within your means. (if possible) A few hundred bucks Canadian, or Euro might be a hedge. Do what you know you should. Let me know how you did it. :)

Yes, but I can see the crash coming a know it didn't have to happen. I think the time of the Odd Fellows and the Moose lodges are needed again as the politicians safety net fails.

Dad has that ring, but isn't active and doesn't talk about it. I was surprised to find that there is a tiny active Oddfellows lodge in town. I'm reading up on them.

there is some deep things that come along with them. the segment out family has ties with is near atheistic in belief structure other than to say one all power and we are not alone *shrugs* i never cared to invest the ring kissing enough to get high enough to get to the inner circles or such . this town has two lodges the bigger town over has 4 and roseburg has 8 so the presence is still strong at least in this area .
