I've recently wanting to have a FA+ Membership so PayPal tells me that the transaction cannot be proceeded bcuz I need to asociate with another card... My cardsd just works fine but I don't know if it's a common issue in regions outside the USA, there's some of my friends already in it, so I want to know what's the bennefits you guys are getting into, I've never spent a dollar in this website until they announced a premium membership feature over here finally after years I've requested something like that...
