У TGUM скоро новый марафон по похудению. Там очень интересная программа: план питания, тренировки, чек листы и т.д. На прошлом марафоне я нифигово так похудела, ушел животик и подкачала мышцы. Вот на этот раз тоже пойду, но уже на Gold (он 2200 вроде по стоимости). Есть Silver за 1100.

Cut down your carb/sugar intake (Not kidding about sugar. It leads immediately to cholesterol) this sadly includes booze. Lot of water, root vegetables, veggies as a whole (Darker green the better) some grains, like quinoa (More that then rice) minimal bread. Start doing Yoga (you will be surprised) 30 minutes, six full body poses, five minutes each a day for 90 days.
You're welcome. I noticed as a male I lost weight quickly cutting out the sugar and carbs and eating more root vege. My wife lost more weight after cutting out mostly the carbs. Meat is big and I mean do NOT go 100% lean unless you don't have a gall bladder. We omnivores are designed to eat and breakdown fat!
Really it just comes down to eating less calories than your body burns each day. It doesn't really matter what you eat so much as it does how much of it. I lost almost 50 lbs last year still eating sugary foods, plenty of carbs, fats, etc, but just not too much in a day. It helps to find low-calorie things that you can eat a lot of so you don't feel hungry through the day.
Just to add to this, a pound of fat roughly equals 3500 calories, so you need to burn 500 more calories than your body consumes daily to lose a pound of fat a week, which is a safe, albeit slow, and reliable way to lose weight without making yourself feel like you're starving to death.
