Cerberos Two’s Terms of Service

General Information~
I do not work with written contracts, since so many DeviantArt and Furaffinity members are still too young for that. However, I do hope that when you commission me you will read my terms of service, and will try to keep 'to the rules' to avoid uncomfortable situations or misunderstandings either from me or you! <3

Payment~
I will be accepting payment through;
Paypal
Keep in mind, Paypal takes an international and or “payout” (depending on the amount in question) fee..it would be nice if you could also pay that fee, but you don’t have to. You can find out what the rates are here: Where can I find PayPal's currency exchange rates?
Please pay me through “goods and services'' but, do not include an address. I will not accept payment with an address attached.

When the payment is with points, please do not send them until I tell you where to send them to! I will make a certain button available on my commission widget. DO NOT send the points to my donation pool or as a 'gift'!
I prefer Payment in advance, but I allow after sketch payments to make sure you like how it looks.
Deadlines and waiting times~
Currently; I do not accept deadlines on any commission, no matter the price. This is because art is not my main job. Please expect a wait time anywhere from a day to 3 months. With my job, I'm simply unable to schedule my drawing times, since it's very irregular.

Refunds~
If your waiting time for a normal commission would be longer than half a year, I will offer a full refund.
For all commissions, if you really need a refund because, for example, something nasty has come up and you desperately need the money, send me a note or email and we'll discuss it!
I will refund half payment only if I haven't completed the commission.
I will refund the full payment if I haven't finished the lineart.
Refunded Customs will be resold as an adopt.

Work In Progress (WIP)
You can always check my to-do list of my commissions on my profile page. It shows you if I have finished the sketching, lineart, flat colour, shading, and effects stages of a commission.
For normal commissions, I will always provide a WIP of the sketch that I initially make and send it through a note or email; this to check if there are no mistakes!
If you want more WIPs, you will have to ask for them yourself in a note or email in advance.

Does and Don'ts for me~
I always have the right to decline your commission, without giving my reasons (don't worry, this doesn't really happen often!)
I am comfortable with drawing mostly anything. Without trouble, I'll draw; humans, anthros, anything in between, animals, nude, R18+ stuff, backgrounds, mecha(nical stuff), hetero/bi/gay/trans/etc, etc...
The only things that I'm not comfortable with are; insanely big boobs and unnatural big muscles. I will also not draw anything that has to do with extreme political subjects, gore, vore, etc. Basically, if you're not sure, just ask!
If you're not sure about an idea or design, feel free to ask, I never bite!
I'm allowed to stream the commission, however, I won't stream it if you ask me not to in advance.
I'm allowed to use the finished artwork in my portfolio and upload it to my own page.

Does and Don’ts for you~
Do communicate with me, and give me details in your note! For experimental and normal commissions, I don't mind receiving lots of references for a character; better too many than too little! I also love reading about a character's background and personality, it helps me in getting ideas
When a commission is finished, you will receive a full HD version of it. However, I will not remove the watermark and I ask you kindly not to remove it either. No worries, it won't be in the way of the image or anything! When you buy a traditional artwork like a painting, it will also always contain the artist's signature, right?
If you post the commission somewhere, please link back to my profile page or to the page where I uploaded the commission.
You are not allowed to use the commission in any commercial way (e.g. any way that earns you profit in any way), such as selling prints, using the artwork in a game, printing it in an artbook. Of course, you can print it for yourself, but in no way are you allowed to re-sell the artwork.
