Man there's a lot of cobwebs here! Though I've been mute here, there's been quite a lot going on with me. Quite a roller coaster ride these past 6 months but the good news is all is looking up. Have a new job as a Product Innovation Manager, fancy term for R&D really, where I get to put my experience in product development to help clients come up with new sauces, rubs, mixes, batters, etc...it's all pretty neat. Those that follow me on Twitter know it's gonna be the usual things involving food, swimming, biking, hiking, & all that...at least when I have the time to post a little something there. Oh well that's me in a nutshell so there. Maybe not everyone would agree but...being a food scientist pretty dang fun & interesting^^
