How do you deal with anxiety?

Lately because of a hard subject which is called business research is making me panic. I don't know. I keep making up excuses for me. Like it's only the first week, I still have enough time, it shouldn't be too hard, if I fail there is always a next semester...
But the weight building on my chest, I thought I would only have that last and last last time for taking a bunch of subjects in one semester. I thought I beat my anxiety by reducing the workload smartly. But now my previous experiences won't work. I'm still feeling this weird chest weight. hopefully this isn't covid...
I'm pretty sure it's anxiety. I'm so fearful, worried. I feel terrible. I know there are other people who are in deeper waters and I'd say I'm pretty okay in my situation. No financial burden or anything. But...I just feel super bad. It's been like this for the past few days.
Anyone knows techniques or anything to ease my anxiety?
