the sketch of the yote? hanging by a noose in a tree with the bird intrigues me...is there a story behind it?

It's a commission. The client was inspired by the Floging Molly song Salty Dog. Basically it's a pirate yote (still needs his pirate getup) strung up and the raven has plucked out his eye. The coyote grabs the raven by the throat and snarls, "I need the bugger to see!!"

OMG, the tanukis in there are heart heart heart. Friended, and now I'm inspired to kinda do something like this, I tend to end up with a lot of noncontexted sketches that I'd like to share.

I adore tanukis; both the animal and the creature of myth are endearing to me.

There many aspects of myself that I cannot take seriously. The majority of my sketches fall into this category.

Hi vantid. I don't think you know me as I just "watch" your art stuff. I just noticed that your Ustream page is active but is password protected. I was wondering if you are only using the channel for private broadcast now or if you actually meant to post a password somewhere for non-trolls to see. Either way is fine as its your channel, I was simply curious as to which it was. I apologize for taking up your time and look forward to whatever you post in the future. ^_^

Course I know of you. ;3 If my stream is password protected, that means I am having a private session with a client at the time. Otherwise it's never password protected, and I hope to keep it that way!
