Least you're only getting a 503 error (as of this post). I got a foreign attacker rerouting my domain host A @ record to Singapore in order to run a PHP script off RunCloud. Took an hour of talking to my domain and web host support chats *at the same time* to get it sorted.

Hopefully the server has a remote back up. That will allow it to reboot faster. You are not the only one suffering problems at this time.
