Christ, I'm still in an absolute state

It's been over two months since my brother died and I'm not coping with any of it on a day-to-day level. I'm so withdrawn, and absolutely terrified of the responsibilities ahead that I still have to deal with and all at sea over what to do with myself. One look at the solicitor forms I have to fill in and I break down in a massive panic attack.

Any way we can help?

OP
That's the problem, I can't think of one. Much of this comes down to mental health and the volume of outstanding matters like the family house and it's contents to take care of is something only I have the authority on, being the only family member left now.

Perhaps just talking it out will help? If there's a huge list you could always talk to someone about everything on it and that might help you to see how to better organize it or at least get some moral support. I work at a museum that used to be a house and the owner was the last member of her family left as well. I can ask around to see if anyone knows how she handled all that.

OP
I need more practical help on a day to day basis, I'm still not out of the anxiety attack and spent the last hour lying in the dark trying to relax but shaking and tremor I got hard and hyperventilating.

Is there anyone close enough to help? Would you be okay with me trying to share this to see if anyone could come and help you through this?

OP
You can try, but since we're talking about South Wales I'm not sure how much luck we'd have. Plus the necessary family affairs would involve having to return to Northern Ireland for an extended period of time, and leaving any such support here behind.

I an so sorry for your lost unfortunately I lost my little brother 10 years ago and unfortunately I do know the pain you are feeling. Time does heal. Right now all I can suggest is talk it out with someone who you can trust and not judge. If you do want to talk you can find me on telegram under Qmick Husky

*offers a internet hug* Stay strong Ealadubh your a good artist with a interesting comic/story that I have enjoyed quite a bit and it would be a shame to loose you to grief when you have plenty of people who support you over the net even if they can't support you in real life. Stay strong and you can bounce back from this stronger than before.

Do you have any solicitor friends who might be able to help guide you through the process?

OP
Well I have the necessary forms to fill and sign and send back, it shouldn't be much of a task but it's a matter of addressing any of this without starting to freak out again. I'm very easily triggered is my point, and the volume of organization and work to come afterwards is overwhelming.
