So we got Biden as president until the midterms or he suffers some major health crisis that they cant cover up or ignore. Actually, that might work for the Democrats. Postulate this: Biden is hospitalized with some health issue that is serious, but not bad enough to force him out of office. Harris becomes acting president under the continuity of government laws passed back during the aftermath of the Reagan attempted assasination. But she is still VP and chair of the Senate, so keeps on casting tiebreaker votes. That holds things until the midterm elections, and gives Harris a chance to improve the record. But party with the presidency usually loses seats in midtrems in a normal election cycle, and with the hyperpartisan nature of this election and the multiple failures of Biden and Harris so far, could possibly landslide in favor of the republicans. So that is marginally better for the democrats, but Harris would have to put in a performance that I doubt she is capable of.

So unless the democrats are able to hijack the election again, under the hyperscrutiny that the republicans and independents are gonna be watching for any kind of shenanigans. I don't see any route for the democrats to hang onto the senate, and the house is probably gonna go too. With the audit results of the arizona election, despite the stonewalling of the democrat owned maricopa board of elections, almost certianly going to show massive election fraud, enough to flip the state to Trump if the election had been honest. That will add weight to all the other states that are trying to audit the past election but having been blocked by the democrats so far. Its gonna be very ugly.

in regards to the weapons: the same thing happened way back in Vietnam and nothing ever came to it.
the Taliban want to be internationally recognized as legitimate rulers of Afghanistan and continuing to antagonize everyone is not going to get them that. especially since the last time that they pissed off the big US by harboring Al Qaida, the Taliban ended up being ousted from their seat of power and send into exile for a good 20 years. a lesson they haven't forgotten.

i did read his entire journal and i stand by with what i said. especially in regards to those bulletin points that make up the first half of his journal that read less like actual arguments but more like heavily opinionated drivel that is detached from reality.

things are not well and they certainly aren't perfect, however they are nowhere as bad as Alex' over-dramatization (something he is very fond of doing) make them out to be.
