“Yes, of course.” he answered. “We often host animalians from both Adohi and Panthros, so I am sure we can accommodate him and his needs.”

“Thank you for your generosity, sir. I shall inform him that he is to come here once he disembarks from the passenger ship.”

“When will he arrive?”

“The voyage from East Adohi to Calico is roughly a 5 day trip, Your Majesty. Also, he has a wife and children, not to mention his work at their local school, so although he will leave as quickly as he can, it will be no earlier than tomorrow morning that he would depart on the earliest ship.”

Artemis shook his head. “No, that is too long.”

“There are no other physicians that study psychology on any of the islands of Catriona. There are some that practice on Adohi, but—“

“No, no.” he interrupted. “What I meant was that traveling by ferry will take too long. A yacht can make the journey in less than half the time. I will communicate with the leaders in the region to allow the doctor passage on such a vessel.”
