Is a scammer. I waited for 3 years for a commission from this person and not only did they never give me an update on their own, but the few times they did reply to my asking for one, they hadn't even started it. When asked for a refund, he straight up ignored me. I really didn't want to make this journal. Don't make the mistake I did and give this charlatan money.
