I have been wanting to get more into YCHs, but I am a tad stuck on how exactly to pursue them in a way that is fair...
Basically I wish to forward you all a few questions:
When a YCH is a single pose, do you feel that multiple slots for it is better?
If it is a multi pose/panel YCH, would you prefer an auction or flat rate?
And if you want to simply offer an opinion, feel free to leave suggestions for YCH Concepts that you wish were more popular!

- Single-pose things are best done either with multiple slots or a single auctioned slot, depending on your own preference for how much work you want to do.
- It's generally not going to be very fun to see a single-slot thing get grabbed up immediately because it's first-come-first-served; at least with an auction people will feel like they have a chance to get it as long as they show up while it's still going on.
- Flat-rate is good for multi-slot things because it still feels fair when people grab a slot right away, since there are still more. Auctions do allow for some more participation, though.
- Multi-slot things are just fun in general because you get to see several takes on the same thing, especially if there's more to it than just the character changing; different scenery, etc.
