Yup, I've been having that issue for a while. Recently I asked an artist if he were available and he said no, too busy with commissions and then the next day opened up a YCH with the exact theme I'd been looking for.

I'm just sick of raffles and unclear instructions and bullshit

And I'm sick of artists who say no to a commission request or out right ignore, then days later open up days later.

It's all so tiresome
