One of the things that annoy me most at work are, of course, customers. Kinda sucks that they are so important...but anyway.
THE most annoying thing is when a customer comes up to the counter, stands there for 5 hours humming and harring, then walks out of the store without saying a word.

I MEAN COME ON!!!!!!

Imma busy guy! I got stuff to do! Lettuce to cut, rolls to fill, coffee to make, meats to cut! I don't mind serving customers...in fact I quite enjoy it. But when I get a Counter Call (someone calls for assistance on counter when there is a customer waiting), and I have to stop what I'm doing, only to stand there smiling blandly at someone who DOESN'T EVEN BUY SOMETHING...kinda peeves me off.

It wouldn't be so bad if they said something, or apologised for not buying something. But to just walk out...urf...annoying as hell.

A close second is when customers leave their rubbish on the tables inside the store. They actually have to WALK PAST A BIN to exit the store.

So yah...that's me. Any of you guys/gals got work-related peeves?

I'd like to ask a question about my story, if I can.

As of right now, it measures 16 pages, and I'm roughly 2/3 the way through. I estimate the entire chapter will be aroun 20-25 pages.

That's a lot in anyone's terms. So I want to know...should I split the story into two smaller sub-chapters, or will people still read something that is bordering on a novel?

And yes, I am working on it very hard. I write more every day in my notebook...just gotta find the time and energy to type it up.

Every year, I have passed over V-Day with detatched boredom. So what...another overly-commercialised pseudo holiday devoted to love and sex...whoopdy-do.
But this year...this year is different. I have someone to share it with. Now, Febuary 14th means something to me. It's still an over-commercialised pseudo holiday devoted to love and sex, but with my wonderful mate, I can see it as more than that.

Lone, I love you. I always will. And though the distance between us is painfully big, I am filled with hope that we will be together one day. I know it's hard, being so far away...but think to the future, hun. June really isn't that far away.

To all those with a significant other in their lives, I wish you a happy Valentine's Day. To those sadly lacking in that way, I pray you will all find love soon. I never thought it would happen to me, but it did. Thus, miracles do happen. Keep an eye out, for your soul-mate might pass you by in the blink of an eye.

So I've decided it's about time I get into shape. I've been kinda lazy about it, but I guess I have a little motivation now....

I wanna lose weight and gain definition. Not so much a rock-hard body...just a lot better than what I've got right now, which is fast becoming a big belly. I wanna look nice for a certain wolf in June....hehe

What makes it easy is that my sister is a personal trainer. She'e EVIL, so I'll probably be able to reach my goals pretty quickly. Just gotta watch what I eat, and keep going to the gym. It being open 24/7 will help somewhat.

Not to myself, no. Well...kinda, I guess.

See, my current storyline is coming to an end. After this last chapter (slowly being written, I again apologise for the molasses-esque pace I'm writing at), I will be skipping forward by a year or so. As such, Shayde will be altered slightly. I intend to buff him up just a little, while keeping him relatively trim and lithe. There will be a few minor cosmetic additions as well, so keep an eye out for that.

What I'd like from you guys is ideas. What would you like me to change about him, and/or Samiake. Mostly in regards to clothing...do you wanna see Shayde wearing something new, instead of the black pants? I'll most likely keep them, and the bandana will always be there...but would you like anything else added to his attire?

Same goes for Sammy. Should my otter put a few more clothes on?

This weeks 'One Piece'...so sad. Even though I knew it was coming...I still had to work real hard to NOT cry.

Wow...I can hardly believe it. Here I am at the end of my second year as a furry. Time sure flies when you're having fun.

Well, this year was fantastic to say the least. I attended my first con, which also was my first time out of Australia (yay for double virginity-loss ) Met a whole bunch of fun and quirky characters, and I hope to meet more next year, and maybe actually speak to a couple this time *coughLinkinandJasoncough* I also got a fursuit, and discovered the joys of becoming an entirely different person for a bit. Never had so much fun in my life.

My writing has come along in leaps and bounds, dispite my lingering writers' block. I even broke some rules and wrote some smut....which was fun.

And of course, this year marked the time I finally accepted who and what I was, and came out to my mom. Wasn't easy, but I had to do it, and I don't regret it at all.

I found love where I didn't expect it. Lonewolf, you are the best thing to happen to me. You make me happy, something I never thought would ever happen to me. Everyone around me irl can see the changes, and I have you to thank primarily for that. I hope we can keep this thing going til June...when we will finally meet.

I broke the heart of someone close to me...a good person who is still hurting from it... Ace, I am still sorry for what I did, and I will try everything to make it better, but you have to want it as well. Never give up hope...you will find someone.

And now, a shout-out to those who have been a big part of my life this year. ALL OF YOU Thank you all for making my time here the best time ever. But there are some who need special praise.

Let's see...Christmas...hmmm...
Went to the beach at around 7am. Yes, it is Summer here in Australia...lots of scorchingly hot sun.
Spent four or so hours there, managed to burn my shoulders and upper back. Went back home and recieved my best present ever.
A FIVE MINUTE CALL TO LONE!!!!!! I wish it could have been longer, but my phone credit ran out mid-conversation. Still....best 5 minutes of the day, nay the year He's got a reeeal sexy voice *blushes*

Anywho, that's pretty much it. We don't do Christmas as such...we exchange gifts later on during the week. Thought about going to visit my Dad 3 hours down south, but decided against it. He's already given us our Christmas gifts. Wait for it... $30 each at a Hifi store. Big spender.

Now, as to my story. I know I said Christmas, and I'm sorry I was not able to keep that promise. I didn't realise just how much I wanted to put into this story, so it's taking a little extra time. But it is taking shape rapidly. Don't worry about that.

Terrible news.

My mate  lonewolf277 is back in hospital. Unlike his previous visits, this one is very bad. He was working at the airbase he's at, and a lift collapsed either on or under him. It has shattered his leg in two places, and given him a few fractures in other parts.

He went through a 20 hour surgury, and is now bedridden until he is sufficiently healed to use crutches.

If you are feeling kind, please leave him some support. Words can be powerful things.

This only makes me want to fly out now even more. I've had crazy ideas of being with him for Christmas...now it seems he will be flat on his back, hooked up to morphine, for Christmas...

I had a feeling something was gonna happen to him. Just...a niggle in the back of my head, all yesterday. Now I know that niggle was true. Sure, he's alive, and that's a very good thing...but to have your leg broken in two places....


*sighs* Not his week, I guess. Anyway, please go give him some support. Those of you in Massachusetts, I'm not sure if he's allowed visitors yet, but it never hurts to try...

I know I know...sounds mean of me, but seriously...children are one reason I'm glad I'm gay Unless I'm in suit. When I'm in suit, kids are fun.

Why the hate? Well, try working in a cafe. The children who come in with their parents...I can hear them coming from the far end of the arcade. Once they actually reach you, they are either doing one of two things; screaming for something from mummy or daddy, or crying.

Once their parents have ordered, and the food and drinks have been put on the table...all hell breaks loose. Sausage rolls aren't the cleanest item of food to eat, but kids seem to find new ways to spread flakes of puff pastry. And after they are gone, who gets to clean up?

I compare young children to tornados. They are loud, dangerous, and leave a trail of destruction that even a blind person could follow.

Sorry if this offends those of you who adore children. It's just my personal thing against them. But again, when I'm out suiting, they're a lot more tolerable.

Okay. So this morning at work, a few of us got into the discusion of ghosts, and the exsistence of them. I myself do not believe in ghosts. I would need to be confronted with hard evidence...see a paranormal activity with my own eyes and be unable to rationalize it...to believe.

What about you guys and gals? Anyone believe in ghosties? If so, feel free to share your stories. Personally, I don't see how an ethereal being could throw objects, while still being capable of levitation and phasing through walls.

Having said that, I do not like cemeteries. Even he cemeteries in Fable 3 give me the willies...

My poor wuffie  lonewolf277 is nearing his breaking point. He's had a shocking week, and it doesn't help that his parents aren't the best people in the world. I wish I could help him, wish I could fly him out of the hell he's in...but I can't. I only have words.

He's locked away all his weapons, so he can't hurt himself or his parents if he snaps, but he's still struggling. Please, can anyone just give him a kind word or two? I know I've asked before, but it really helps. I appreciate it, and I know Lone appreciates it too.

Okay...I have a few questions, regarding the anime and how it works.

Ash has now reached the Isshu (?) region, right? He's done...four Pokemon Leagues, plus the Orange League, the Battle Frontier AND won a total of 32 League badges, correct? His Pokemon, or at least his Pikachu, should by all rights be some sort of insanely powerful critter.

And yet, in the first few episodes of the new series, his Pikachu CAN'T EVEN BEAT A BIRD!!!!!!!!!!!! How pathetic is that??!?! It's almost as if Pikachu suddenly looses all experience when Ash goes to a new place...*throws hands in the air* C'mon people...continuality!!

And on the subject of Ash's uselessnes...he once again catches the Normal/Flying type of the region. How FREAKIN predictable. And now he's got all three of the starters...why can't they give him a decent Pokemon for once??!? He finally gets something good, Gible, and then he leaves it at home!

Add to that his inability to understand Pokemon genders and why his MALE Pikachu cannot attack a FEMALE Smugleaf (can't remember the Japanease name) when she uses Attract. *facepalms* And last season, the idiiot uses VOLT TACKLE against an ELECTIVIRE...DUUUUHHHH. Motor Drive...evidentally, he's not clued in with abilities either.

*pants hard and closes eyes* Okay...I'm good now...just needed to vent. Feel free to reply.

Seems there's a lot of bad luck flying around lately.  lonewolf277 is at low ebb right now, and I really want to help him. Trouble is, I'm kiinda isolated over here.

 lonewolf277 is close to being kicked out of home, and he's BEEN kicked out of school. I wish I could help him...but I just can't. So I ask...if there are ANY furs living in the...um...Cape Cod area? of Massachusetts, and they are willing to put him up for a bit, that would be so very awesome of you...

Please, if it's only a kind word or such that you can spare for him, I would really appreciate it. Being here in Australia greatly limits what I can do...I can't even give him a hug!
