2024 was great! & Subject of Commissions

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who watched, enjoyed my art, and supported my projects and patreon/substar through 2024.
2024 was a great year for me. I moved into a nice house, finally got a full car license and purchased a nice 2nd hand car (2018 Camry) and overall it was a good year!
All those things wouldn't be possible without everyone's support, so thank you.
I won't elaborate on the plans for 2025 but mostly I want to try and push myself to do interesting things when I can!
Commissions - They are closed. My apologies.
Just wanted to put this here, as I've been getting a few "Are you open for commission?" requests via discord and notes.
Which is great to get. It usually comes after I post one of my more interesting drawings and people get inspired off that.
For now commissions are not available. I have some prior commissions I have promised people over the next few months so commissions artwork will trickle in. But otherwise I'm pretty busy.
I may try more group YCHs as the Halloween one went quite well!
And just to be clear, (Although it's clear through no benefit being mentioned) joining my Patreon or Subscribestar doesn't increase your chances of getting a commission when I do open. I sometimes run very, very limited types of commissions on the patreon discord, but that's like once a year and it's for quick and easy commissions at the sketch or inking level. The Patreon and Substar subs are all for the animation packs and games I make. :D

Response to Upload Policy 2.7 changes + No minors feature...

I just saw the new upload policy and the new feature that makes an account wholly inaccessible to minors.
I generally have no issue with either the rule change or new feature. I actually like the new feature. My entire gallery is fetish stuff so there's no reason not to have it activated.
So a fair warning that I will be turning on the "No minors" feature in the next few days. That should really affect no one here. But if my account looks like it can't be accessed, check your settings.
I really wish Deviant Art implemented a similar setting to be honest. As it stands FA has already been the best gallery to not be bothered by kids. DA needs to do the same.
As for the new rules on 2.7 - I'll check over my account and more or less write aged-up disclaimers where that's been the intent. And remove any images that are wholly lacking compliance, although I don't think there are many.

PSA about Hipolink: Not usable for artists outside Russia
Posted a year agoA cautionary tale for using Hipolink as a Paypal alternative: If the artist asking for you to send money is from eastern Europe, fine. But otherwise avoid it as a Paypal alt.
Artists can only withdraw from Hipolink via bankcards and those outside Russia are blocked for obvious reasons.
So while anyone can sign up for and use a Hipolink, chances are if you're not in Russia you'll quickly find you'll have no means to withdraw your money.
And being that the Dev team is Russian they are nether interested or motivated to offer any refunds. Which is also why they don't stipulate the withdraw restrictions on sign-up.
Thankfully my loss to this was only $60 USD. So while embarrassing it's not the end of the world.

Posted a year agoJust wanted to give my sincere condolences to the loss of Dragoneer,
I've used Fur Affinity since 2005 which represents half of my life on this planet. This site for all its technical flaws has remained consistent and reliable.
I've supported it personally through paying for Ads and even subscribing to FA+ for a few years before I had to budget for the business.
I'm happy to have supported this site and will continue to support it.
Dragoneer created and maintained an online space where furry artists, writers, and fans can mingle together and the site itself has been spared many of the enshittification issues that now plague Deviant Art.
It's played a part in making the furry fandom larger and more diverse. I remember my first Anthrocon in 2009 having 3k attendees. Now it's more like 13k!
I hope that those close to him find a way to keep this site up and supported because through all the booms and busts of other sites, FA has remained consistent and reliable.

Should be a little bit easier to find more specific stuff.

The following post is me just looking for a writer for a personal commission. This is not business related:
So I'm seeking to commission a writer who'd be interested in writing some detailed heavy bondage. More so writing the character in the process of being prepared for bondage, and then being placed into it.

Summary: A story where an anthro Princess Luna is kidnapped and methodically placed into very intense bondage that’s designed to tickle, stimulate with pleasure, and edge her for a long-term period of time.

Requirements for the writer is:

Just an update on my end as to how things are going: Overall quite well.
Patreon and SubcribeStar
I've been back into the swing of things for over a month now and progress has been going well.
I released the https://www.furaffinity.net/view/45811218/ Riviting Restrictions at the start of Feb and it's done quite well! People seem to really enjoy it. ^^
In addition to that I also released an updated build of the Bindmancer that includes a level select screen and some better designed level layouts. The game becomes more dynamic each week!

I've been doing some human-style commissions that I took on via my Patreon Discord. (First time ever doing that.)
I have two more commissions left in my que before I can take more on.
To be honest about commissions though I think I'll need to up my prices a little because there's not a lot of time to work on these and they don't represent now I make a living. I enjoy doing them to make people happy but the demand is usually very high and the time to do them is very low.
And to be honest I don't want to be an artist that gets all their revenue off commissions. It can be passion-killing work if you overdo it.
So in the future commissions will be offered here on FA, but the slots when opened up will be few and they will be getting a bit more expensive then before. ^^
For those concerned about time. They won't ever be first come first serve. It'll purely be on me selecting ideas I feel I wanna work on. So when I do open commissions slots here people will get 24-48 hours to get their ideas in.

With commissions completed and the final 2021 playable build for the Bindmancer out for Patrons I've pretty much wrapped up what I can do during 2021.
While this year has been a challenge in the worldly sense due to covid, I have to thank everyone for their support on the Patreon and Subscribe Star during the year. Your support has allowed me to remain self employed to focus on all this fun and kinky game dev.
I'm proud that I've been able to finish off Ticklish Tessa and to build up The Bindmancer to have a lot of solid gameplay fundamentals.
For 2022 focus is on building more and more upon the Bindmancer. while also taking some time out now and then to do things like animation packs and the like.
A 5-Week Hiatus and a Request for support.
If you're feeling charitable at the moment please consider supporting my Patreon or Subscribe Star during December and January.
The reason being that as I wont be able to make new content during the next 5 weeks as I'll be away from my home and dev computer to see family members. Because of this I expect my Patreon and Subscribe Star income will drop during January.
This is normal and to be expected! No one is obligated to pay for something when there's no new content. Which is why I'm asking for charity to help smooth off the December and January month, if you have $10 to throw my way to enjoy the content that's already there I'd appreciate it.

In particular I'd be happy to work on scenes where a single character is helplessly tickle tortured or bound up and teased. Even just bound up is good.

CONDITIONS:
1: The selection of commissions will be on which ones I feel like I want to work on. Therefore don't rush in with a "I'll Take a Slot!" Because that wont do anything.
2: The price ranges anywhere from $40 USD a sketch to $300 USD for full details, It all depends on the level of complexity of the content. Some images take 2-3 hours to draw. Some can take 20.
3: OCs or Characters from a show or game are allowed. No underage characters please.
4: Don't get upset if you don't get selected. I can only take on so much work.
5: Payment via paypal only. Payment up front if you're a new commissioner, payment upon completion for known commissioners.
